I'm an Engineer

Browse the project tabs (Quiver, Spearhead, Caribou) to explore open source aircraft designs, engineering reports, and assembly guides. When you're ready to contribute, check out the Contributing section and the Bounty Board for paid opportunities.

The best way in, though, is to attend one of the engineering meetings. They're all open, and every meeting leaves plenty of time for questions at the end, so it's the easiest way to connect with the people working on a project, propose an idea, or just talk aircraft.

I'm here for the DAO / Governance

Read about how we work, then explore the Governance section to understand Arrow's DAO structure, the $ARROW token, and how to participate in decisions via AIPs and Snapshot voting. Got an idea worth deciding on? Signal it in Discord or start a post on the DAO Forum and get the conversation going.

We're a collective that values initiative, and retroactive $ARROW compensation is on the table for efforts that grow Arrow.
